ESIP is embarking on an organizational evaluation process, which is internally driven. The staff and leadership feel that although things are going well, it is important to reflect and check in with the community.
The primary goal of this effort is to determine how best to position ESIP, which enters its third decade in 2018, to achieve the greatest impact, to align structures and resources to support this direction, and to chart a course for sustainable, long-term growth and success. A key part of this process is to gain a deeper understanding of the Federation’s current operating environment, and where strategic opportunities—and challenges—may lie.
To assist us in this project we have engaged the consulting firm Bernuth & Williamson. Over the last two months, they have conducted a series of interviews with a variety of ESIP community members. To ensure that we hear all voices in the community, we’d like you to complete this 15 question survey. It takes about 25 minutes to complete and it asks some challenging questions, but it is critical to the future of ESIP to hear from as many people as possible.
